Return Policy



Returns
1.Our Return Policy is 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, We will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.  

3.Due to the nature of Items such as, Dresses or clothing that don't fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Health and Personal care items. Personal care includes products as diverse as cleansing pads, colognes, cotton swabs, cotton pads, deodorant, eye liner, facial tissue, hair clippers, lip gloss, lipstick, lip balm, lotion, makeup, hand soap, facial cleanser, body wash, nail files, pomade, perfumes, razors, shaving cream, moisturizers, talcum powder.......



 

RETURNS

Full store credits (minus shipping) will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.  

A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on used merchandise and will be deducted from your store credit.   If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement.  Buyer pays shipping.  We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the store credit can be properly applied to your account.


Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
